OIL DHALL

Oil Dhall is a split pigeon pea that is coated with oil and is also known as Toor Dhal. 

Oil dhall is used to make various dhall dishes such as Dhall Tadka, Lentil soup and Dhall Palak. 

Sweet roti is also made using this dhall.

Always perfect to make a delicious curried dhall which can be enjoyed with rice.
