GREEN MOONGH

Green moongh dhall is also known as green gram or mung beans. It is a classic and nutritious pulse with a variety of uses. 

It is an excellent source of protein, fiber and other essential nutrients. 

There are many ways in which green moongh can be consumed, including whole, sprouted or even as a dhall. 

It is also used as a green manure crop and an excellent source of cattle feed.
